Total number of 1950 seats is available for Pranisebee Training (Each Sub division of a Training Centre for a period not exceeding 30 candidates). Seats reservation for SC / ST / OBC candidates is applicable as per Government rule.

Presidency University has a unique place in history. It was one of the first institute of Western type higher education in Asia. In 1817, a group of enlightened Indians and Englishmen set up the Hindu College. For 2016-2017 academic sessions, The Board will conduct Common Entrance Examinations for Admission to Two year M.A / M.Sc Courses (PUMDET) in the Presidency University. The medium of admission tests will be English except for vernacular subject like Hindi and Bengali.

PUMDET 2016 Examination are offered to admission in Under Graduate Course (MA and M.Sc) in Presidency University. Total Number of 526 seats are available for admission. Details is vacant seats is given below-

PUMDET Result :
The board will publish the merit list its website www.wbjeeb.in and final allotment of seats will be made through counselling to be conducted by the WBJEEB. The Board neither publishes nor communicates result to any individual applicant. It does not have any provision for Post Publication Scrutiny or Review and hence such request will not be entertained.
Once merit list is published, the candidate must log in and Download his / her Rank Card, which he / she must carry for Counselling and preserve till admission.
Merit List for PUMDET will be prepared as outline before in case of ties it will be broken by sequentially applying the following set of rules.
PUMDET - Higher marks obtained at the honours level (either the percentage of marks or the percentage equivalent after grade point conversion) and Higher combined percentage of marks obtained in honours and subsidiary / pass / extra departmental subject.

Candidates with higher percentage of aggregate marks in English, Physics, chemistry and Biology / Biotechnology, taken together in the (10+2) or equivalent examination,

SRHU CEENP 2016 Answer Keys & Verification of Marks

A candidates shall be allowed to take with him / her the Test Booklet on the Date of Examination after returning the OMR answer Sheet to the invigilator on duty.
Answer keys to the questions shall be uploaded in the University website on 2nd August 2016.
Any candidates desirous of obtaining a copy of his / her evaluated answer sheet, may apply to the Controller of Examinations of the University within 7 days from declaration of the Result of CEENP-2016.
There shall be no re-checking/ re-evaluation of answer sheets and verification of marks of the CEENP-2016. No correspondence in this regard will be Entertained.

The Agriculture Scientist Recruitment Board (ASRB) will hold NET(I)-2016 Examination during 01.08.2016 to 06.08.2016 in Online mode at 23 Centres across India in a staggered slot wise examination format as per the rules and scheme of examination indicated in this notification. National Career Service (NCS) is a unique initiative , launched by the Government of India, Ministry of Labour & Employment. NCS is conceived with the intent of providing holistic career service to the Indian population by providing a Pan-India, cohesive easily accessible, platforms that bring the varied needs of the modern job-seeker under one roof. The NCS also provides career guidelines and facilitates employment for individuals regardless of what stage of their career they may be in.
The Government of India is looking for highly qualified candidates who are ready to develop their professional careers as motivated and futuristic individuals who can successfully drive, achieve and sustain the objective of the National Career Service.
This Young Professional allocation seeks to utilize the knowledge, energy and fresh way of thinking of the young social leaders to help better transform the emerging landscape of employment service and career counselling in India.
It is planned that each Model Career Centre will have one Young Professional designated on site for a span of Three years.

Age Limit :
Candidates required age limit should be between 24 to 40 years.

Eligibility Criteria :
Candidates must have a Bachelor Degree (B.A / B.E / B.tech / B.Ed) with at least 5 years of experience or master Degree (MBA / Masters in Economics / Psychology / Sociology / Operations Research / Statistics / Social Work / management / Finance / Commerce / Computer Application etc.) with at least 3 years of experience.
Candidates must have obtained minimum of 50% marks in 10th, 12th and Graduation.
In addition, any candidate holding a Diploma over Graduation (not less than 1 year) in counselling, psychology etc. or Any other related field will require minimum of 3 years of Working experience.

Others Requirements :

National Means Cum Merit Scholarship Scheme (NMMSS)
The Centrally sponsored Scheme "National Means Cum merit Scholarship 2016" or National MCM Scholarship 2016 through Department of School Education. The objective of the scheme is to awarded Scholarships to meritorious students of economically weaker sections to arrest their drop out of class 8th and Encourage them to continue the study at Secondary Stage. Scholarship of Rs.6000/ per annual per students is awarded to selected students every year for study in class From IX to XII in State Government, Government aided and local body schools. There is quota of scholarship for different States / UTs Students whose garden Annual income form all sources is not more than Rs.15000/ are eligible to avail the Scholarship. There is reservation as per State Government rules. The selection of Students award of the scholarship is made through an Examination conducted by the State Government. Scholarship are distrusted by the State Bank of India directly into the Bank accounts of students on quarterly basic.

Eligibility Criteria :
The awardees should get clear promotion from Class VIII to Class IX being eligible for stating the Scholarship.
The Scholarship at the Secondary and Higher Secondary state or equivalent Classes IX to XII is payable for a maximum period Four years for studies in India only.
No scholarship at this stage is payable for studying Diploma / Certificate level course.
For continuing the scholarship in Class X and XII the awardees should get clear promotion  from Class IX to X and from Class XI to Class XII in the first attempted with 55% marks (50% marks for SC / ST Students).
The awardees must be obtain a minimum 60% marks in Class (55% for SC / ST Students) examination or Equivalent examination for continuation of the scholarship at Higher Secondary stage.
In case an institution does not conducted an examination at the end of Class IX and Class XI, the scholarship for the second year will be continued on the submission of a certificate to this effect from the Head of Institution.

Selection Process for Scholarship :
The selection of students will be based on Examination. Each State / Union Territory will conducted its own test for selection of students for the award of the National Means cum Merit Scholarship. The State level Examination consist of the following Two Stage-

Mental Ability Test (MAT) - MAT consist of 90 Multiple Choice Question testing verbal and non verbal Meta-cognitive abilities like- Reasoning and Critical Thinking, The question in the test may be on Analogy, Classification, Numerical Series, Pattern Preception, Hidden Figures etc. Each Test will be of 90 minutes duration. Children with Disability will be given extra time, as applicable.

Scholastic Aptitude Test (SAT) - Sat consist of 90 multiple choice questions covering subject namely, Science, Social Studies and Mathematics as taught in Class VII and VIII. The duration of Test is 90 Minutes.

National MCM Scholarship Result & Selection for Aid :
The students must pass both test- MAT and SAT with at least 40% marks in each, for reserved category this cut off marks will be 32%.
The parental income of the students should not be exceed that Rs.1.50 lakh per annual from all the sources.
At the time of selection for the award of scholarship the candidate must have scored at least 55% marks or equivalent examination. There will be 5% marks relaxation for SC / ST students.
The awardees should satisfy the eligibility and the conditions mentioned in the scheme

Others Requirements :
A student can available only One Scholarship under any scheme.
The awardees will be asked to open Joint Account with Parents in State Bank of India, which has core banking faculty.
