Applicants required to Submit the required Document with Application Form. Details of One no. Self Attested Xerox Copy is given below-

Challan / Receipt / Counterfoil of Application Fee Paid (Rs.200 for SC / St and Rs.250 for other categories).
Mark sheet of qualifying Examinations starting from HLSC onward.
All other certificate, if applicable (NOC for employer, Scholarship / Distinction / Merit certificate, Medical certificate or PH certificate)..
High School Leaving Certificate showing of Age proof.
One copy recent Passport size Photograph.

Applicant required to pay application Fee of Rs.200 (SC / ST) or Rs.250 (Al other General category) through Online State Bank I-Collect using Debit / Credit Card / Net Banking / SBI Power Jyoti. The receipt can be generated from the same portal. Online transfer of requisite amount to SBI Power Pack Account - 33797581389. or Applicant can pay through Bank Challan.

Final Verify & Submit.
Take a print out copy of Application Form.
Applicant required to pay Application Fee through SBI Collect Portal- www.onlinesbi.co.in
After successful payment applicant take a receipt of Application Fee payment.
Candidates required Submit Application Form & payment Receipt Copy with List of Encloser must be mailed / Post to the Head Of Departments and should reach no later that 15th July 2016.
