Government of West Bengal in committed towards large scale Skill Development for its youth population to improve the scope of gainful employment and entrepreneurial opportunities under the West Bengal Skill Development Mission (WBDSM) chaired by the Honorable Chief Minister of West Bengal.
To ensure that the above commitment is met successfully the Department of Technical Education, Training & Skill development, Government of West Bengal has launched the UTKARSH BANGLA a flagship scheme under the Paschim Banga Society for Skill Development (PBSSD) for placement linked short term skill training across the state of West Bengal. Pranisebee Training in course of - Artificial Breeding of Animals and Vaccination.
Seats Available :
Total number of 1950 seats is available for Pranisebee Training (Each Sub division of a Training Centre for a period not exceeding 30 candidates). Seats reservation for SC / ST / OBC candidates is applicable as per Government rule.
Age Limit :
Applicants required age should be not below than 21 years and not exceed than 45 years as on 1st April, 2016.
Educational Qualification :
Candidates must have passed Madhyamik (10th) or Equivalent Examination from WBBSE or other Recognized Board.

After log in SBI Online portal candidate can chose payment Mode Online (through Credit Card / Debit Card / Net banking) or Offline Mode (Pay through bank Challan in Bank Counter).
