D.El.Ed Seat Reservation in PTTIs :
The seat reservation list in Government / Government Aided / Self PTTI is an following rules :
Where Total Intake capacity is 50 Seats - then Seat Reservation distribution is 15 Seats for General candidates, 11 seats for SC candidates, 3 seats for ST candidates, 5 seats fr OBC A candidates, 4 seats for OBC B candidates, 2 seats for PH candidates, 5 seats for Deputed Teacher, 3 seats for Ex Serviceman & 2 Seats for Vocational Stream candidates.
Where Total Intake capacity is 100 Seats - then Seat Reservation Distribution is 33 seats for General candidates, 22 seats for SC candidates, 6 Seats for ST candidates, 10 seats for OBC A candidates, 7 Seats for OBC B candidates, 3 seats for PH candidates, 10 seats for Deputed Teachers, 5 seats for Ex Serviceman, 4 seats for Vocational Stream candidates.
Verify all the filled in Admission Forms submitted to Institution making a note of undistributed forms with their serial No.
Prepare a list of forms cancelled on verification with reasons.
Make a statement with serial Number of valid forms serial no. of invalid forms and serial no. of Undistributed forms, if any.
Out of the total valid forms take out valid forms of the Vocational category candidates, those of the Deputed Teachers, appointed before 03.09.2011 and those of the Ex Serviceman and prepared the lists with Serial No. of Forms under Vocational category , Ex Serviceman category and Deputation category.
Then prepared a Master Merit List of the remaining valid forms of the candidates in their merit rank based in Higher Secondary Exam.
From the Master Merit List take out the number from Rank 1 till the numbers required for the Unreserved / General category for Institution, as selected candidates under Unreserved category / General category.
Thereafter from the Master Merit List take out the forms of the candidates belonging to Reserved categories ( SC / ST / OBC A / OBC B / PH).
Then prepare Reserved category wise Merit list of the candidates in order of merit with serial no. of the forms.
For SC-11, ST-3, OBC A-5, OBC B-4, PH-2 will be selected for Admission.
The remaining candidates under both reserved and Un Reserved categories will be treated as Waiting List candidates.
If any seat under General category falls / remains vacant after the last date of admission, the candidate with Rank immediate, next to next to the last cut of marks and so on will be selected for admission serially in descending order from the General Waiting List.
However in case of reserved category, the same measure should be adopted, if any seat falls/ remains vacant after the Last date of Admission.
In case of Vocational category, rank immediate next to the last cut off and so on in descending order of the Merit list of vocational category will be selected from the Vocational category Waiting list only.
